Refunds, cancellations, missed sessions, rescheduling policies, and package terms may be outlined separately within service agreements or coaching documentation.
Built From Insight reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise specified in writing.
Parents, guardians, and students are responsible for:
