Next Step Confidence is a 7-session, one-on-one career coaching journey designed to help your teen better understand who they are and begin moving forward with more direction.
The coaching process helps your teen make connections they may not be making on their own, discover possibilities they may not have considered, and begin to see what those discoveries could mean for their future.
Through guided conversation, reflection, and structured tools, your teen gains insight into themselves, including their interests and strengths, and begins to explore how what they discover may connect to future educational and career opportunities.
The program incorporates recognized career and personality assessment tools, including the MBTI® and Strong Interest Inventory®, as part of a broader personalized coaching process.
Over six core coaching sessions, your teen begins to build greater self-understanding and develop a clearer sense of possible directions. A seventh follow-up session provides an opportunity to reconnect, reflect on their progress, and support their continued momentum.
